Business Development Manager is:
Responsible for going to qualified meetings and meeting the decision maker. Give a complete online demo of products and try to close the sales.
Responsible for preparing contractual proposals, including creative, innovative, novel, unique concepts and approaches.
Responsible for directing contractual negotiations, and assisting/participating in the negotiations as may be necessary.
Responsible for creating and building client relationships through information gathering and use of proprietary CRM software.
Responsible for sales/margin/profit growth.
Responsible for professionally done, attractive literature and promotional materials which present and its products and services in a professional manner.
Responsible for attending various events organized or participated by the Company and perform a strong relationship building exercise by meeting different people attending those events.
Responsible for completing any signed task from the Regional Head - Sales or the Management
SKILLS REQUIRED
Excellent English oral communication skills.
Highly resourceful and results oriented attitude.
Ability to function in professional business environment with senior management.
Power to persuade.
High EQ, flexibility and team player.
Sales Experience is Must to apply for this position.
