ChildFund's People & Culture division, is seeking to fill our Global Recruitment Specialist position. This position will be based in Washington, DC in our ChildFund/DC office and will be responsible for the development and implementation of "full life-cycle" recruitment, orientation and on-boarding. The Global Recruitment Specialist will work with hiring managers across the organization to attract and acquire talent to support ChildFund's organizational culture and program outcomes. We are seeking a Global Recruitment Specialist who will be responsible for the development and implementation of "full life-cycle" recruitment, orientation and on-boarding program for positions based in the U.S. and internationally. You will be responsible for the development and design of employment brand inclusive of recruitment, orientation, and on-boarding establishing global recruitment standards, training and assessment. QUALIFICATIONS: The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in international recruitment in the NGO sector. A Bachelor's degree in HR or related field and the ability to travel, both domestically and internationally as necessary is required. Demonstrated knowledge of domestic and international employment law, as well as cross-cultural experience derived from working in culturally diverse environments is required.
