Job Objectives
The incumbent shall be responsible for product planning, development and management of retail assets and liabilities portfolios. He/she will be responsible for defining the product vision, working closely with the front line and providing support to the sales team to ensure achievement of revenue targets.
Key Responsibility Areas:
Formulation of product development strategies/plans/programs for the retail bank·
Responsible for end-to-end development and marketing of deposit products.·
Managing and developing profitable credit products that foster increased loyalty and contribution from our clients;·
Driving profit improvement and revenue growth through sales channels, marketing programs, and cost controls (Assets/Liabilities)·
Responsible for monitoring and maintaining policy and procedures·
Responsible for front line training of new products, features or services related to the asset/liabilities products·
Ensuring comprehensive and accurate reporting of the retail bank portfolio·
Tracking and measuring product performance and program effectiveness periodically to ensure healthy portfolio growth
Skills Required:
Skills
In-depth functional knowledge of asset & liability products
Strong PC skills including word processing and advanced spreadsheet
Willing to travel across country as required in the course of business requirements
Ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision
Possess high initiative and strong problem solving skills
Have good team spirit and interpersonal skills
Excellent negotiation, problem solving and influencing skills
Age Maximum 30 years
Salary Negotiable
